Whether businesses have just a few employees or hundreds, they all need workers' compensation insurance to comply with state laws and to make sure they are covered for losses if an employee is injured on the job. Sagamore Insurance Company offers a workers' compensation program on A+ paper.

Sagamore's Workers' Compensation program offers custom loss prevention services and expert claims handlers. We consider accounts up to $125,000 in premium and have proprietary rates available. Scheduled credits/debits are applied to accounts based on their specifc characteristics.

We offer flexible and convenient direct billing options on a monthly, quarterly, semiannual or annual schedule. Payments can be made online through our secure platform with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or electronic funds transfer, and customers can schedule recurring payments.

Sagamore offers 24-hour claims service and internal nurse case managers who provide an immediate response and assistance in the unfortunate event of a claim. Our claims staff will offer guidance on the most efficient and effective methods of treatment, assisting the employees in an expedient return to work.
